Undergraduate Student Senate
The goal of Student Senate is to represent the interests of the student body. They allocate a budget of about $30,000 each semester to student organizations and events that benefit the whole student body. Senate also sets policy, and must ratify some administration policies.
 
Graduate Student Assembly The Graduate Student Assembly (GSA) is the graduate student voice at Carnegie Mellon University , Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As a "house of representatives" along with the undergraduate Student Senate, GSA represents graduate students in student government issues such as policy development and student activities funds disbursement. GSA is also the connection between graduate students and the administration of CMU, representing graduate student concerns in campus issues and academic issues.
 
Student Dormitory Council The Student Dormitory Council serves as the student government body of the residence hall population. SDC represents the interests of all on-campus residents and is an integral part of Carnegie Mellon's continuing efforts to improve the quality of campus life.
 
Spring Carnival Spring Carnival is the student organization that controls many events on Midway including booth and rides.
